DNA detection of Bursaphelenchus Xylophilus
Relying on real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR detection method, Bursaphelenchus xylophilus, B.mucronatus and other nematodes separated from dead pine wood were detected using specific primer pair and probe. The detection method is sensitive and accurate, effectively solving manual technical problems such as misjudgment and omission in past morphological identification.

Repelling the Monochamus Alternatus
